Summerfield definition

Summerfield means and refer to the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, subject to additions and deletions thereto as permitted pursuant to the terms of this Declaration.
Summerfield means Summerfield Hotel Company, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.

  • We may, at our option, hold an annual convention for Hyatt Place Hotels or all Hyatt Select Hotels Group hotels (which currently include Hyatt Place Hotels and Hyatt Summerfield Suites hotels and may include other hotel brands in the future) (the “Annual Convention”) at a location we designate.

  • Bandera Farms is a 113-acre property for sale located at 5366 A Bunch Road along ▇▇▇▇▇ Fork Creek in Summerfield, North Carolina (the “Property”) that the Parties want to acquire in order to protect its natural features and to provide certain benefits to the residents of the Parties and people visiting the Triad of North Carolina.

  • Except for the responsibility of the Town of Summerfield as owner of the Property as contemplated by Paragraph 4, nothing in this MOU obligates any Party to accept responsibility for the long-term management or maintenance of the Property or any costs associated therewith.

  • If Patriot elects to terminate this Agreement by giving Summerfield written notice thereof prior to the Closing, the Deposit shall be promptly returned to Patriot and all rights and obligations of Summerfield and Patriot hereunder (except those set forth herein which expressly survive a termination of this Agreement) shall terminate immediately.
