Summa Four definition

Summa Four means Cisco, (ii) to "Common Stock" or "Common Shares" shall mean shares of Cisco Stock, (iii) to the "Board of Directors" or the "Board" shall mean the Board of Directors of Cisco and (iv) to the "Committee" shall mean the Compensation Committee of the Cisco Board of Directors.
Summa Four is entitled to enforce the provisions of this Agreement by any means allowed by law including seeking to obtain injunctive relief and/or specific performance.
