Sum Breakdown definition

Sum Breakdown means a document that delineates the Sub-Contract Sum into deliverables to be performed by the Sub-Contractor, including amounts for each deliverable, the sum of which must equal the Sub-Contract Sum;

  • Prior to commencement the Sub-Contractor must submit to Total, in a form acceptable to Total, a Sub-Contract Sum Breakdown which will be used by Total for valuing Payment Claims.
