Sulphide Ore definition

Sulphide Ore means ore other than (i) oxide ore and/or (ii) transition ore that can be processed through the processing plant at the Mine as currently designed and configured and subject to minor changes thereto made in the ordinary course of business of processing oxide ores and transition ores; "US $2m L/C" means, the US$2,000,000 letter of credit furnished or to be furnished by the Buyers under clause 5.1.1; and
Sulphide Ore means unoxidised ore in which the main ore minerals are sulphides;
