Suitability Test definition

Suitability Test means the suitability test for the purpose of assessment by the Company whether the Client is suitable to receive the relevant service on an advised basis and as this will be implemented in the Registration Form.
Suitability Test means the test which in terms of the Investment Services Rules promulgated by the MFSA a licensed financial intermediary operating in and from Malta must conduct when providing an investment service consisting of investment advice or portfolio management to a prospective investor in relation to the subscription for and the trading of securities having identical or similar characteristics to the Bonds, for the purpose of such licensed financial intermediary to determine (based on the information collected pursuant to such test) whether to recommend to (in case of investment advice) or effect for and on behalf of (in case of portfolio management) the prospective investor the subscription for or trading in the securities having identical or similar characteristics to the Bonds;
Suitability Test means oral test which the Court deems fit.

  • The Company will determine, based on the results of each Client’s Suitability Test as well as the assessment of the Strategy Providers, which Strategy Providers are eligible to be available (“Eligible Strategy Providers”) for each Client.

  • In the case that the CUSTOMER has been classified as a Retail Customer, CAIXABANK will gather all information necessary from the CUSTOMER to assess their suitability ("Suitability Test") in relation to the scope of the Fund Portfolios Discretionary Management service governed by this Contract.

  • In any event, the suitability test must be updated every 18 months (counted from the last amendment date of the Suitability Test).

  • The Parties agree to accept, for the purposes of complying with this requirement, the Suitability Test that the CUSTOMER has signed at any time with CAIXABANK for the Fund Portfolios Discretionary Management service governed by this Contract.

  • To this end, the joint holders are obliged to inform the joint holder designated to carry out the Suitability Test of their financial capacity and i nvestment objectives for the purposes of a correct suitability assessment.
