sugar works means any premises, including its appurtenances, used in connection with the manufacture of sugar.
sugar works means any factory established by a company for the purpose of manufacturing in New Zealand sugar from beet-root or sorghum grown in New Zealand, and
sugar works means any factory established by a company for the extraction and manufacture of sugar from beet roots and the by-products thereof together with all the land pertaining to such factory, including all buildings machinery plant and all movable and immovable chattels used by the company in carrying on the said business; and
