Sufficient Security definition

Sufficient Security means either: a bond or equivalent form of Security from a reputable financial institution (approved by ESCo or the Developer (as the context requires), such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), in a form reasonably satisfactory to ESCo or the Developer (as the context requires), in an amount equivalent to the [ESCo Cap on Liability or the Developer Cap on Liability (as the context requires)]33; or a guarantee in a form approved by ESCo or the Developer (as the context requires), such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  • Investment security means a marketable obligation in the form of a bond, note, or debenture, commonly regarded as an investment security and which is salable under ordinary circumstances with reasonable promptness at a fair value.

  • Government Security means book-entry Treasury securities (as defined in Subpart 0 of Treasury Department Circular No. 300, 31 C.F.R. 306) and any other securities issued or guaranteed by the United States government or any agency or instrumentality of the United States government.

  • Component Security means with respect to an Index, each component security of that Index.

  • Payment Security Mechanism shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Article 10.4 of this Agreement;
