SUF definition

SUF means Subsidio Unico Familiar, the Borrower’s program of non- contributory single subsidy for poor families set forth in Law No. 18020 published in the Official Gazette on August 17, 1981.

Examples of SUF in a sentence

  • Upon completion of construction, testing and acceptance of the ▇▇▇▇ Substation (Phase I and Phase II), Developer will convey the fee interest of the property (depicted in Survey Map No. 07-1135, attached to this Appendix A as Figure 6) to Transmission Owner by warranty deed and will transfer to Transmission Owner title to the Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities (including the ring bus SUF) constructed thereon, free and clear of any liens or encumbrances.

  • Transco shall have no liability for any violation of Environmental Law or Release with respect to the Goethals SUF or the Goethals Substation existing on or prior to the Effective Date.

  • The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence upon the date hereof and expire on the date on which Transco no longer has the Goethals SUF investment in rate base, unless earlier terminated by the mutual written agreement of the Parties.

  • Developer Common SUF Cost Cap Each Developer has accepted, and has provided Security to Affected Transmission Owner to cover, pursuant to Section 25.8 of Attachment S of the ISO OATT the cost amount identified in the Interconnection Facilities Study for Class Year 2017 for the Common System Upgrade Facilities.

  • Such audit and requests for records shall be subject to 30 days’ advance notice, unless otherwise required by NERC / NPCC or any unplanned external investigation that involves the Goethals SUF.

Related to SUF

  • Reserved means that the units may not be rented to other categories of households unless the Project Owner demonstrates a subsequent change in the level of demand for such units and a good faith effort to obtain the originally targeted tenant category. Any such change in tenant characteristics must be approved in advance by MFA.

  • Reservation is the setting of limiting conditions or withholding from complete acceptance of the requirements specified in the tendering document; and
