Sudden Failure definition
Sudden Failure. Means the unexpected and immediate breakdown of a mechanical, electrical, or electronic component, preventing it from performing its intended function. Consequential Loss. Means any other costs which are directly or indirectly caused by the event which led to your repair request unless specifically stated in this warranty agreement.
