such Property. During the Term, Lessee shall, in the operation and use of each Property, maintain workers' compensation insurance consistent with that carried by similarly situated companies conducting business similar to that conducted by Lessee and containing minimum liability limits of no less than $100,000. In the operation of each Property, Lessee shall comply with workers' compensation laws applicable to Lessee, and protect Lessor, each Holder, the Agent and each Lender against any liability under such laws.
