Successor Models means vehicles from the “A-Segment” (city and mini vehicles) as a substitute for the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ model e.GO Life in case of a discontinuation of such, in which case e.GO undertakes to enable the Company to continue producing a Successor Model

Related to Successor Models

  • Successor manufacturer means a manufacturer that acquires, succeeds to, or assumes any part of the business of another manufacturer as the result of any of the following:
