Successfully Approved definition
Successfully Approved means any COC Plus application which has been approved and not just conditionally approved and where Eligible Cardholder has received a written notification by way of mail or short messaging services (“SMS”) that his or her application has been successful approved.
Successfully Approved means that the Customer's credit card application has been approved by Citibank and a Citibank credit card is being or has been issued to the customer. For Citibank Mortgage loan applications, “successfully approved” means that the customer’s application has been approved and a Letter of Approval/ Offer is being or has been issued to the customer and the customer has accepted/ signed it. Conditional approvals which may be or have been informed to or has been received by any customer of Citibank are not deemed to be successfully approved. For this reason, all Eligible Persons making an application may call CitiPhone to find out about the status of approval of such application at the numbers set out in Clause 18 (h) below.
