The Retention Fee is calculated at 50 percent of the Fee Per Successful Placement per family.
If Contractor’s Services result in a Successful Placement, the Contractor shall be entitled to a Placement Fee of 20% of the First Year’s gross annual salary, as set forth in the Offer Letter.
The Contractor will be compensated a Fee Per Successful Placement in the amount of one thousand four hundred twenty one U.S. Dollars ($1,421) for placing homeless CalWORKs WtW families in affordable permanent housing.

The Contractor shall conduct an assessment with respect to each Position or group of similar Positions identified in a Task Order, to determine Strategies for maximizing the opportunity for a Successful Placement.
In addition to the Fee Per Successful Placement, Contractor shall be paid a one-time Retention Fee per family who remain in the same rental housing unit for six (6) consecutive months.
The total Fee Per Successful Placements which is calculated by multiplying the verifiable number of homeless CalWORKs WtW families successfully placed in affordable permanent housing in the month by the Successful Placement Fee, which is one thousand four hundred twenty one U.S. Dollars ($1,421).
