Successful Party definition
Successful Party means a party in whose favour an order for costs is made or who is otherwise entitled to receive costs from another party or out of a fund.
Successful Party is defined in Paragraph 9.10.6.
Successful Party has the meaning attributed to such term in Section 2.5(5).

Successful Party or ‘Successful Participant’ means, the Qualified Party whose offer is approved and who is declared successful by the Liquidator at the end of the determined phase.
Successful Party means the party which achieves substantially the relief sought, whether by judgment, order, settlement or otherwise.
