Success Plan definition

Success Plan means the web-based document submitted to the Department of Education as part of the request for state and federal funds that provides the mission, goals, objectives, measures, and strategies of the district or school. 12 DE Reg. 1203 (03/01/09)
Success Plan means either the essential, expert or enterprise success plan outlined in the Service Order, details of which are available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/legal/ or such other website address as may be notified to the Customer from time to time. Such document may be amended from time to time by Siteimprove in its sole discretion;

Examples of Success Plan in a sentence

  • For customers with a Customer Success Plan, Technical Support will be delivered based on the level of Customer Success Plan purchased.

  • We will provide support services and service levels as specified in the Customer Success Plan datasheet in effect at the start of the Effective Date.

  • Where a Customer Success Plan is not expressly specified within a Statement of Work, You will receive an Essential Customer Success Plan.

  • Each member of the School Success Plan will be assigned particualr & relevant data to collect over each school year.

  • Mentoring activities for tenured or PSC teachers who have received their first less than satisfactory evaluation, teachers who are on a Success Plan, teachers who are on a Fourth Year Waiver, beginning teachers, or teachers who are identified by their principal as in need of services may be performed during non student contact time.

  • This agreement will remain in effect for the one, two or other multi-year Support or Success Plan purchased unless earlier terminated as provided below.
