Succeeding Period definition
Succeeding Period is defined in SECTION 2.2(b).
Succeeding Period means the Target Period immediately following the Target Period in question. For the sake of clarity, the Fiscal Year Period is the only Succeeding Period to the Initial Period, the Final Period is the only Succeeding Period to the Fiscal Year Period, and there is no Succeeding Period to the Final Period.
