Subvertical Software Products,. VerticalChange Software Products," "Software Products, "or "Software" means the products and services that we make available through ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and / or other web pages designated by us. "Subvertical Confidential Information" means all nonpublic information disclosed by us or our employees that is designated as confidential or that, given the nature of the information or circumstances surrounding its disclosure, reasonably should be understood to be confidential. Subvertical Confidential Information includes: (a) nonpublic information relating to our technology, customers, business plans, promotional and marketing activities, finances and other business affairs; (b) third-party information that we are obligated to keep confidential; and (c) the nature, content and existence of any discussions or negotiations between you and us.
