Subvention Program definition

Subvention Program means programs in which Chrysler offers subvention through a financial services company conditioned upon a Retail Consumer financing or leasing through a specific financial services company. For the avoidance of doubt, “Subvention Program” does not include a program in which Chrysler offers payments or subsidies to Dealers directly or provides cash allowances or incentives whether to Dealers or Retail Consumers.
Subvention Program does not include a program in which Chrysler offers payments or subsidies to Chrysler Dealers directly or provides cash allowances or incentives (e.g., “cash on the hood”), in each case not through a financial services company or bank.

Examples of Subvention Program in a sentence

  • If SCUSA is not able to provide the necessary funding as required under this Agreement for a specific Subvention Program and/or to fulfill the financing/pricing provisions of this Agreement, Chrysler shall be entitled to revoke the limited exclusivity described below with respect to that Subvention Program.

  • After receipt of notice of such a Subvention Program, SCUSA will notify Chrysler as promptly as practicable if SCUSA is unable to implement or participate in that Subvention Program.

  • USAA and TrueCar will market and promote the Loan Subvention Program on the following sections of ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ to include USAA product pages and Member Service Representatives will be aware of the current subvention program.

  • Information provided by USAA pursuant to this Section 2(B)(4) of this Exhibit A shall be used to match Leads to USAA Auto Loans and vehicles purchased from Dealers in the USAA Auto Program to verify Subvention Sales for the purposes of administering the Loan Subvention Program, and for no other purpose.

  • During the Initial Program Period and any Renewal Program Period (each defined below), USAA shall coordinate with TrueCar to market the Loan Subvention Program in accordance with the marketing obligations set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Information provided by USAA in Section 2, 3 and otherwise hereunder shall be used to match Leads to USAA Auto Loans and vehicles purchased from Dealers in the USAA Auto Program to verify Approved Sales for the purposes of administering the Loan Subvention Program hereunder and for no other purpose.

  • After the Initial Program Period, the Loan Subvention Program will renew automatically for 30 day periods (“Renewal Program Period”).

  • This Amendment #22 shall commence on the Amendment Effective Date and the Loan Subvention Program will be marketed on the ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ website from August 2, 2013 to January 16, 2014 (“Initial Program Period”).

  • If, and to the extent the parties allocate Marketing Program Funds to the Loan Subvention Program in a given calendar quarter, TrueCar will reimburse USAA Bank a reimbursement amount for such eligible Discounted USAA Auto Loan in accordance with the formula and calculations set forth in Exhibit B and the terms and conditions set forth below (“Reimbursement Amount”).

  • TrueCar will provide such Marketing Program Funds by performing one or a combination of the marketing activities set forth in Exhibit A (such marketing activities, the “USAA Marketing Program”), which, for the avoidance of doubt, includes the sub-programs of the Outside Marketing Program and the Loan Subvention Program.

Related to Subvention Program

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Paycheck Protection Program means loan program created by Section 1102 of the CARES Act.

  • Employee Assistance Program means an established program for employee assessment, counseling, and referral to an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program.
