Subvented Agencies definition
Subvented Agencies means any of the agencies established by legislation or other legal or administrative instruments to carry out a public function and which receive budgetary support from the Borrower;
Subvented Agencies means the autonomous agencies of the Recipient, which are partially or wholly financed through the exchequer under annual budget appropriation in accordance with the respective establishing statutes, and the term includes any supra-national body so financed.
