Section 76.3), or as such regulations may be amended.
General Regulations means the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (General) Regulations 2012.
General Regulations 2007 means The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) General Regulations 2007”;
CFR means the Code of Federal Regulations.
ERISA means the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended.
FOI Act means the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act or any code issued pursuant to sections 45 or 46 of that Act or any guidance issued by the Information Commissioner;
Federal Clean Air Act means Chapter 85 (§ 7401 et seq.) of Title 42 of the United States Code.
DOL Regulations The regulations promulgated by the DOL at 29
TIF Act means the Real Property Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act, Sections 99.800 to 99.865, inclusive, of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended.
Clayton Act means the Clayton Antitrust Act of 1914, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
ACNC Act means the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth).
Federal Bankruptcy Code means the Bankruptcy Act of Title 11 of the United States Code, as amended from time to time.
Statutory Penalties are those amounts awarded as a penalty, but are fixed in amount by statute.

References to sections of the Social Security Act shall be construed to refer to any successor sections.
