Subsystem Software definition

Subsystem Software means individually or collectively the Software provided under this Agreement for each of the Subsystems.

Examples of Subsystem Software in a sentence

  • Software (including without limitation Subsystem Software) may not be used to operate a service bureau or time-sharing service, outsourcing service, application service provider service or other services or businesses that provide computer-aided dispatching to third parties.

  • Notwithstanding, Client shall be entitled to Use Subsystem Software at the applicable Designated Location for the purpose of the application(s) described in the Statement of Work to provide services for itself and other governmental agencies/entities in the county and state of the Designated Location, provided that the Subsystem Software is installed and operated at only one physical location.

Related to Subsystem Software

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Supplier Software means any software which is proprietary to the Supplier (or an Affiliate of the Supplier which is or will be used by the Supplier or any Sub‐Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services or is embedded in and in respect of such other software as required to be licensed in order for DFID to receive the benefit of and/or make use of the Services;
