Parent/Guardian shall maintain accurate records of the days on which the Parent/Guardian or Substitute Driver transported the Student(s) to and from school in accordance with this Agreement.

Within 5 days after the end of each month, Parent/Guardian shall submit a form provided by WCPSS entitled “Daily Stipend Log,” which shall accurately indicate the actual number of days on which the Parent/Guardian or Substitute Driver transported the Student(s) to and from school.
