Substation Sites definition

Substation Sites means those areas on or near the Right of Way where a Utility Company owns or leases the land and maintains electric transmission or distribution equipment and on which ▇▇▇, pursuant to the terms of the Utility Agreements, may locate Regeneration Facilities.
Substation Sites means those areas on or near the Right of Way where PG&E owns the land in fee simple and maintains electric transmission or distribution equipment and on which ▇▇▇, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, may locate Regeneration Facilities.
Substation Sites means the Project Properties referred to on Schedule 1.1E, owned in fee by the Borrower and denominated as the Hereford Substation, the Nazareth Substation, the Silverton Substation or the White Deer Substation, where the Collection Stations will be located.

  • Under the terms of the Utility Agreements, each Utility Company is responsible for the Maintenance of the Cable, the Cable Accessories, the Connecting Points, the Towers, the Substation Sites and the Right of Way along its portion of the Cable Route.

  • Each Utility Company shall be entitled to discontinue its use of or to relocate any part of its electric transmission system, including the Towers, or to discontinue use of any portion of the Right of Way or the Substation Sites.

  • Once the locations of all Regeneration --------------------- Facilities have been identified, PG&E shall conduct Phase I environmental assessments on those PG&E Substation Sites where Regeneration Facilities will be located.
