Substation Building definition

Substation Building means the building on the Ausgrid Land that (as at the date of this agreement) is solely used as an electricity substation. Tax means a tax, levy, duty, rate, charge, deduction or withholding, however it is described, that is imposed by law or by a Government Agency, together with any related interest, penalty, fine or other charge.
Substation Building means a building to be constructed by the IDNO to house its Electrical Plant and Electric Lines and those of Northern Powergrid on land within a Development for which the IDNO owns either the freehold interest or, by virtue of a Lease, a leasehold interest
