Substantive Record definition
Substantive Record means Records that act as evidence of the Municipality’s actions, transactions, decisions, and policies;
Substantive Record means a record that is judged to hold Administrative, Legal, Fiscal or Research/Historical value and will be held in accordance with the records retention schedule.
