Substantive rate definition
Substantive rate means the employee’s FSA Level and Step rate of pay. “Unions” means the: • Australian Workers’ Union – South Australian Branch; • Public Service Association of South Australia Inc, and • Construction Forestry Mining Energy Union – Forestry Furniture Products Division ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇. “Work Value” means a combination of the level of expertise, judgement and accountability that resides with a position as assessed using the Mercer Job Evaluation system.
