However, the Secondee shall continue to report to the Substantive Employer for all matters relating to their employment.

The Substantive Employer and the Host Employer will bear the costs of the external dispute resolution process equally.
Any consequential adjustments needed to the Secondee’s Employment Contract and/or job plan would remain the responsibility of the Substantive Employer and the Secondee.
During the Term, the Host Employer must pay the Substantive Employer the amount of $(insert) per month (including GST).
