Substantially Changes definition

Substantially Changes means, in the context of an eligible support structure, a modification of an existing tower or base station where any of the following criteria is met:

  • Not Typically Combined Network Elements shall mean that the particular Network Elements requested by ONS are not elements that BellSouth combines for its use in its network.

  • Section 502(b)(10) changes means changes that contravene an express permit term or condition. Such changes do not include changes that would violate applicable requirements or contravene federally enforceable permit terms and conditions that are monitoring (including test methods), recordkeeping, reporting, or compliance certification requirements.
