Examples of Substantial Modifications in a sentence

  • For all Substantial Modifications, Licensee shall first submit an application as required by Section 2.3. In addition to any other submittal requirements, Licensee shall provide “load” (structural) calculations for all Facilities upon which it intends to modify Equipment in the ROW.

Related to Substantial Modifications

  • Substantial modification means modification of a relevant source that results in a significant increase in emissions, excluding any change in emissions resulting from by-product recovery. It shall be a matter for the Party to decide whether a modification is substantial or not;
