Substantial enlargement definition
Substantial enlargement of an adult business means the increase in floor areas occupied by the business by more than twenty-five percent (25%), as the floor areas existed on September 25, 1990.
Substantial enlargement means the increase in floor area occupied by the busi- ness by more than 25%, as the floor area exists on the date these regulations take effect or on the date of the issuance of a sexually oriented business license.
