Substantial efforts definition

Substantial efforts means the same level of effort that a Party would have taken on its own behalf in the same situation.
Substantial efforts means each Party shall work together with the other Parties in good faith and a spirit of cooperation in making such reasonably prompt, substantial and persistent efforts in order to achieve the intent and purposes of this Agreement, but “Substantial Efforts” does not require any person or entity to take any extraordinary or unusual actions in the particular circumstances.
