Subsistence Farming definition

Subsistence Farming means farming and associated activities which together form a livelihood strategy where a significant portion of the output is consumed directly. A “Subsistence Xxxxxx” is one who engages in such a livelihood strategy.
Subsistence Farming means a low-scale farming or a system of farming that provides all or almost all the goods required by the farm family usually without any significant surplus for sale.
