Subsidiary Characters definition

Subsidiary Characters shall have the meaning set forth in the MCI Assignment Agreement.
Subsidiary Characters means those characters set forth on Schedule 1.27.
Subsidiary Characters means those characters set forth under the heading “Hulk” on Schedule 1.27 of Exhibit A to the Amendment.

  • Subsidiary Company means any subsidiary company within the meaning of section 7 of the Companies Act 2014 which is a wholly owned entity used by a Fund to hold assets.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Borrower shall not constitute an Excluded Subsidiary.
