• As part of its servicing duties, the Servicer or Subservicers shall pay to the Mortgagors interest on funds in Escrow Accounts, to the extent required by law and, to the extent that interest earned on funds in the Escrow Accounts is insufficient, to pay such interest from its or their own funds, without any reimbursement therefor.

• Subject only to the above-described servicing standards and the terms of this Agreement and of the respective Mortgage Loans, the Servicer shall have full power and authority, acting alone or through Subservicers as provided in Section 3.02, to do or cause to be done any and all things in connection with such servicing and administration which it may deem necessary or desirable.

• The Trustee shall not be liable for the actions of the Servicer or any Subservicers under such powers of attorney.
