Subsequent Project definition

Subsequent Project means any project, other than the Initial Project, for mining of minerals in the Olympic Dam Area or an Additional Olympic Dam Area, or the treatment of minerals extracted from any of those areas, and ancillary and related activities, including infrastructure, and includes, without limitation, any material expansion or other material variation of a Project, and also includes the production of Non-minesite Product and ancillary and related activities, including infrastructure, always both in conjunction with a Project for the production of Product and in accordance with Clause 32A;
Subsequent Project means any project, other than the Initial Project, for mining of minerals in the Olympic Dam Area or an Additional Olympic Dam Area, or the treatment of minerals extracted from any of those areas, and ancillary and related activities, including infrastructure, and includes, without limitation, any material
Subsequent Project has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b).

Examples of Subsequent Project in a sentence

  • The Borrower shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent a duly executed letter of direction directing the disbursement on such Subsequent Project Funding Date or Other Funding Date, as applicable, of the proceeds of the Loans made on such date or, if the Borrower elects not to deliver such letter of direction, the proceeds of such Loans shall be deposited into the Revenue Account.

  • Such Subsequent Project satisfies the Diversification Requirements.

  • The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing, in substantially the form of Exhibit A, no less than two (2) Business Days prior to such Subsequent Project Funding Date or Other Funding Date, as applicable.

  • Each representation and warranty of the Borrower and Holdings under the Financing Documents shall be true and correct in all material respects as if made on the applicable Subsequent Project Funding Date or Other Funding Date, as applicable, unless such representation or warranty expressly relates solely to an earlier date, in which case it shall have been true and correct in all material respects as of such earlier date.

  • No Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, or shall occur as a result of the occurrence of such Subsequent Project Funding Date or Other Funding Date, as applicable.

  • Solely in connection with a Subsequent Project Funding Date, the Initial Project Funding Date in respect of the Project that is the subject of the requested Loan has occurred on or prior to such Subsequent Project Funding Date.

  • Administrative Agent on behalf of the Banks has received evidence acceptable to the Technical Committee that all necessary gas and electrical interconnections and utility services are either contracted for, or will be readily available on reasonable economic terms, at such Subsequent Project.

  • Part II(A) of such Permit Schedule shall list all other Permits required by the relevant Project Owner (or such Project Owner and its Joint Venturers, if applicable) or other Person responsible for constructing and operating such Subsequent Project to construct, own and operate such Subsequent Project as contemplated by the Operative Documents.

  • Except as disclosed in such Permit Schedule, the Permits listed in Parts I(A) and I(B) of such Permit Schedule shall not be subject to any restriction, condition, limitation or other provision that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on such Subsequent Project or result in such Subsequent Project being operated in a manner not substantially as assumed in the Base Cost Project Projections.

  • Concurrently with the first Borrowing in respect of each Subsequent Project, Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Banks, an activation fee (the "Activation Fee") equal to the product of (a) 0.25% times (b) the total amount of Project Costs in respect of such Subsequent Project less any Contributions by Calpine previously applied to pay Project Costs for such Subsequent Project as reflected in such Subsequent Project's Project Budget.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • Investment Project means an investment in qualified buildings

  • Qualified project means the construction or expansion of any capital project of the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, the aggregate actual or budgeted capital cost of which (in each case, including capital costs expended by the Borrower or any such Restricted Subsidiaries prior to the construction or expansion of such project) exceeds $50,000,000.

  • Area C means areas of the West Bank outside Areas A and B, which, except for the issues that will be negotiated in the permanent status negotiations, will be gradually transferred to Palestinian jurisdiction in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);

  • Development Property means a Property currently under development for use as an office or industrial building that has not become a Stabilized Property, or on which the improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development have not been completed, provided that such a Development Property on which all improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development of such Property have been completed for at least twelve (12) months shall cease to constitute a Development Property notwithstanding the fact that such Property has not become a Stabilized Property.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Qualifying project means (i) any education facility, including, but not limited to a school building, any functionally related and subordinate facility and land of a school building (including any stadium or other facility primarily used for school events), and any depreciable property provided for use in a school facility that is operated as part of the public school system or as an institution of higher education; (ii) any building or facility that meets a public purpose and is developed or operated by or for any public entity; (iii) any improvements, together with equipment, necessary to enhance public safety and security of buildings to be principally used by a public entity; (iv) utility and telecommunications and other communications infrastructure; (v) a recreational facility; (vi) technology infrastructure and services, including, but not limited to, telecommunications, automated data processing, word processing and management information systems, and related information, equipment, goods and services; (vii) any technology, equipment, or infrastructure designed to deploy wireless broadband services to schools, businesses, or residential areas; or (viii) any improvements necessary or desirable to any unimproved locally- or state-owned real estate.

  • Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);

  • Urban renewal project means undertakings and activities of a municipality in an urban renewal area for the elimination and for the prevention of the development or spread of slums and blight, and may involve slum clearance and redevelopment in an urban renewal area, or rehabilitation or conservation in an urban renewal area, or any combination or part of them in accordance with an urban renewal plan. These undertakings and activities may include:

  • Redevelopment Property means a property owned by the Company or a Consolidated Subsidiary (a) where the commenced leased square footage is less than 60% of the sum of net rentable square feet and redevelopment space, with reasonable adjustments to leased square footage determined in good faith by the Company, including adjustments for available power, required support space and common area and (b) that the Company reasonably characterizes as held in whole or in part for redevelopment.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after the plan's effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • Single Room Occupancy or “SRO” means housing consisting of single room dwelling units that is the primary residence of its occupant or occupants. An SRO does not include facilities for students.

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Phase III means Phase I (or Phase I/II), Phase II (or Phase II/III) and Phase III clinical trials, respectively, in each case as prescribed by applicable FDA IND Regulations, or any corresponding foreign statutes, rules or regulations.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.
