Subsequent Performance Period definition
Subsequent Performance Period means each 12-month period subsequent to the First Performance Period, commencing on the relevant 1 January and ending on the relevant 31 December (inclusive); and
Subsequent Performance Period means any calendar year following the Initial Performance Period prior to termination of the Plan.
Subsequent Performance Period means any Performance Period commencing after the expiration of the then-current Performance Period.
