Subsequent Financial Year definition

Subsequent Financial Year means any Financial Year following the Next Financial Year;

  • The maximum total value (as defined in Rule 6.4 below) of Shares over which Options, excluding Subsequent Options, may be granted to any Eligible Employee during any Subsequent Financial Year is 200% of his salary (as defined in Rule 6.4 below) and such maximum total value for Subsequent Options is 100% of his salary (as defined in Rule 6.4 below).

  • old financial year means the financial year of an issuer that immediately precedes a transition year;

  • Annual Accounting Period or “Financial Year” means the period commence on 1st July and shall end on 30th June of the succeeding calendar year.

  • Fiscal Quarters means the period from January 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to September 30 and October 1 to December 31 of the applicable year.

  • Annual Financial Statement is defined in Section 10.1(a).

  • Quarter Date means each of 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December.

  • Financial Statement Date means December 31, 1999.

  • Fiscal Period means any interim accounting period within a Taxable Year established by the Manager and which is permitted or required by Section 706 of the Code.

  • Reference Balance Sheet shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.3.

  • Current Financials means, at any time, the consolidated Financial Statements of the Companies most recently delivered to Administrative Agent under Section 7.1(a) or 7.1(b), as the case may be.

  • Most Recent Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 4(g) below.

  • Unaudited Interim Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a) of this Agreement.

  • Planning Period Quarter means any of the following three month periods in the Planning Period: June, July and August; September, October and November; December, January and February; or March, April and May.

  • Four Quarter Period means a period of four full consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, taken together as one accounting period.

  • Fiscal Year End means December 31 of each calendar year.

  • Accounting Period means a period ending on and including an accounting date and commencing (in case of the first such period) on the date on which the Trust Property is first paid or transferred to the Trustee and (in any other case) from the next day of the preceding accounting period.

  • Most Recent Fiscal Month End has the meaning set forth in Section 4(g) below.
