Subsequent Connector definition

Subsequent Connector means a Person who was not an Original Depositor but subsequently applies for sewer service and who connects to the Main within ten (10) years after the Completion Date of the Main Extension.
Subsequent Connector s Revenue Allowance” means three (3) times the Estimated Annual Revenue for the Subsequent Connector less the Cost of Connecting.
Subsequent Connector means a Person who was not an original depositor and who connects to the Main within 10 years after the completion date of the Main extension.

Subsequent Connector s Fee” means the cash fee equal to the cost per lot of the Main Extension determined in accordance with Sections 24.4 through 24.6 of these Terms and Conditions for Sewage Disposal Service, multiplied by the number of Lots for which service is requested.
