Subsequent Completion means in each case the completion of the sale and purchase of the Cayman Shares, the Saudi Shares, the India Minority Shares or the India Preference Shares or the vesting of all rights, benefit and interest in and title to the Kazakh Assets or the Egyptian Shares in ITS Ltd (in each case as the context requires) in accordance with this agreement or the time thereof, as the case may be. Subsidiary has the meaning given in section 1159 of the Companies Xxx 0000.

Related to Subsequent Completion

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Payment Commencement Date means the date payments of amounts deferred begin pursuant to Article III, Section 6.

  • Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Construction Commencement Date means the date set out in the Addendum, if applicable, by which you must commence construction of the Hotel. For the Hotel to be considered under construction, youmust have begun to pour concrete foundations for the Hotel or otherwise satisfied any site-specific criteria for “under construction” set out in the Addendum.

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Subsequent Closing Date means, with respect to each Subsequent Closing, the date on which such Subsequent Closing is deemed to have occurred.

  • Commencement Date or Handover Date means the date on which the Licensed Space of first lot of stations as per Annexure 1 is handed over by DMRC to the Selected Bidder, in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

  • Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).

  • Completion Deadline means August 15, 2018, or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;
