Subsequent Allocation definition
Subsequent Allocation means an allocation of Volume Cap by the Board, acting on behalf of) the State, of Remaining Volume Cap or all or a portion of an Initial Required Allocation returned to the State by waiver under the Code and Notice.
Subsequent Allocation means an allocation of Volume Cap by the Board acting for the State of all or a portion of Initial Allocations returned to the State by waiver under the Code and Notice.
Subsequent Allocation means a funding commitment for rail purposes directly from the Virginia Department of Transportation, the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation, or another transportation agency, authority, or institution of the Commonwealth, other than VPRA or the Commissions themselves, which commitment is received by the Commissions in support of a Project, and which funding is neither (i) reflected within the applicable Capital Project Addendum at the time the Parties executed it, nor (ii) provided in support of Project elements that were not contemplated within the applicable Capital Project Addendum at the time the Parties executed it.
Examples of Subsequent Allocation in a sentence
If the Commissions receive a Subsequent Allocation to be used on a Project, then the VPRA Funding Commitment for that same Project will be reduced dollar-for-dollar by an amount equal to the Subsequent Allocation.
Subsequent Allocation shall be paid separately each month in which the FCM is deployed.
The Commissions shall notify VPRA in writing within 30 days of learning that a Subsequent Allocation has been approved for a Project.
On each Subsequent Allocation Date, the Trustee shall be deemed to have liquidated that portion of the Government Obligations allocated to the Project Fund and purchased equivalent Government Obligations to be allocated to the Collateral Fund.
