Initial Subscription Term. Customer’s initial Subscription Term for a Service (the “Initial Subscription Term”) as defined in the Order Form(s) which will begin on the “Effective Date” specified on the signature page of the Order Form with for that Service.
Initial Subscription Term. The initial term of a Subscription will be specified in the Order, and if not specified, will be 12 months (the “Initial Subscription Term”). The Initial Subscription Term will start on the date the applicable Service is first made available to you.
