Subscription Rate definition

Subscription Rate. The Subscription Rate at any given time shall be determined by subtracting the applicable Discount Rate from the applicable BCR at that time.
Subscription Rate means the amount the Corporation charges in respect of a group plan or an individual health plan and which amount is not subject to adjustment by the Corporation except as authorized by the terms of the group plan or the individual health plan.

Subscription Rate means the price per kWh charged by the Project Sponsor to the Subscriber. The Subscription Rate for a given Xxxx Period shall equal the Retail Rate applied to Subscriber’s Electric Utility Xxxx multiplied by ninety percent (85%), including applicable taxes.
Subscription Rate means the price per kWh charged by the CSG Host to the Subscriber. The Subscription Rate for a given Bill Period shall equal the Bill Credits applied to Subscriber’s Electric Utility Bill multiplied by 95%, including applicable taxes.

  • Subscription Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

(or a similar organization or agency succeeding to its functions of reporting prices), the most recent bid price per share of the Common Stock so reported, or (d) in all other cases, the fair market value of a share of Common Stock as determined by an independent appraiser selected in good faith by the Purchasers of a majority in interest of the Securities then outstanding and reasonably acceptable to the Company, the fees and expenses of which shall be paid by the Company.
