If Customer purchases a subscription to The Apollo ILS/LSP, Biblionix shall replace the deleted or destroyed data with the Customer’s Data provided under the terms of the applicable Subscription Purchase Agreement.
If Customer purchases a subscription to The Apollo ILS/LSP, Customer’s use shall be governed by the applicable Subscription Purchase Agreement.
If Customer chooses to purchase a subscription to The Apollo ILS/LSP, this Trial Subscription Agreement shall automatically terminate on the Launch Date and Time as defined in the Subscription Purchase Agreement between the parties.

Other than fees for Optional Items owned by third parties, the Quote states Customer’s total annual fees for each of the first three (3) Subscription Periods of this Subscription Purchase Agreement or until Biblionix notifies Customer in writing that fees will increase for the subsequent Subscription Period, whichever occurs last.
Subscriptions are activated when ordered through the SDMS as described above in the Subscription Purchase Flow.
TESC shall not knowingly permit, and shall take appropriate and commercially reasonable precautions to prevent any use of the Services transmitted by TESC by any party which is not a Subscriber who has made a Subscription Purchase, PPV Purchase or VOD Purchase, and will further use reasonable efforts to prevent any public distribution of the Services by Subscribers to the extent that TESC becomes aware of such distribution.
