Except as otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, all Subscriptions will automatically renew for additional Subscription Periods equal to the expiring Subscription Period or one year (whichever is shorter), unless either party gives the other at least sixty (60) days’ notice of non-renewal before the end of the relevant Subscription Period.
CloudSaver reserves the right to change the Subscription Fee for any renewal Subscription Periods.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and during the Subscription Periods, Biblionix shall provide Customer with access to and use of The Apollo ILS/LSP, including Customer’s Data and, if Customer chooses to belong to a FlexShare Consortium, FlexShare Data, as maintained and accessed through the Apollo ILS/LSP; any standard upgrades/updates to The Apollo ILS/LSP; and reasonable amounts and levels of customer support and customer service.
Other than fees for Optional Items owned by third parties, the Quote states Customer’s total annual fees for each of the first three (3) Subscription Periods of this Subscription Purchase Agreement or until Biblionix notifies Customer in writing that fees will increase for the subsequent Subscription Period, whichever occurs last.
FARMDESK reserves the right to change the Subscription Fee for any re- newal Subscription Periods.
If CardinalOps is unable to repair or replace the Software within thirty (30) days of receiving such notice from Customer, CardinalOps will be entitled to terminate this Agreement and refund any prepaid unused amount of the Fees covering the remainder of the current Subscription Period(s) after the effective date of termination.
