Subscription Month definition

Subscription Month means the Month during which a Annual or Infra-Annual Subscription Process is taking place. [“Mese di Sottoscrizione” in the Italian text]

  • Your subscription may be terminated by (a) You (i) with immediate effect upon written notice to Us at any time during the Trial Period, or (ii) following the Trial Period upon no less than five (5) business days’ prior written notice to Us and effective as of the end of the applicable Subscription Month; or (b) Us, on no less than six (6) months’ prior notice.

  • Changes to Your subscription to add Extended Support or Supplemental Users are effective on the date added and You will be charged the applicable monthly fee, pro-rated based on the number of days in the Subscription Month You receive Extended Support or Supplemental Users.

  • To receive a Production Environment Subscription credit, Customer must submit a written request to Pegasystems that includes the dates and times of each incident of Unavailability along with server request logs that document the errors and outage, within 30 days of the end of the Subscription Month in which the Production Environment Unavailability occurred.
