Subscription Due Date definition

Subscription Due Date means the date and time specified by the Customer as the date on which a Subscription Amount is due.

  • RFIA shall purchase all Additional Shares it has a right to purchase under the terms and conditions of the Newco Agreement as directed by RSI by a notice to RFIA provided that on or prior to the Subscription Due Date RSI shall loan RFIA an amount equal to the aggregate purchase price of such Additional Shares to be paid by RFIA to Newco.

Related to Subscription Due Date

  • Subscription Period means the period from the Start Date until the expiry date stated in an Order.

  • Subscription Term means the initial subscription term and if applicable any renewal subscription term of a Cloud Service identified in the Order Form.

  • Subscription Form means the form of subscription annexed hereto as Schedule “A”;
