Examples of Subscription Customer in a sentence

  • If Customer exceeds its permitted use of the Subscription, Customer will promptly notify StreetLight and within thirty (30) days thereafter: (i) disable unpermitted or excess use; or (ii) purchase additional subscriptions.

  • In such cases, the assigned Customer will be considered a Subscription Customer.

  • Upon renewal of a Subscription, Customer may be required to sign a new agreement, a supplemental agreement or an amendment to this agreement.

  • Subscription: Customer agrees to subscribe to the Wireless Plan Specifications above and to pay OptConnect the monthly Wireless Service Charge as stated above.

  • If Licensor is terminating the license for cause, and Customer has acquired a Subscription, Customer remains liable for all unpaid Fees that are payable for the entire Subscription Term.

  • If an Audit or Report reveals that Customer has exceeded the Licensed Capacity for a On Premise Subscription, Customer agrees to pay the applicable fees for additional capacity upon receipt of invoice.

  • If Customer activates a Subscription, Customer authorizes Supplier to periodically charge, on a going-forward basis and until cancellation of either the recurring payments or Customer's account, all accrued sums on or before the payment due date for the accrued sums.
