If Customer exceeds its permitted use of the Subscription, Customer will promptly notify StreetLight and within thirty (30) days thereafter: (i) disable unpermitted or excess use; or (ii) purchase additional subscriptions.
In such cases, the assigned Customer will be considered a Subscription Customer.
Upon renewal of a Subscription, Customer may be required to sign a new agreement, a supplemental agreement or an amendment to this agreement.

If Customer activates a Subscription, Customer authorizes Supplier to periodically charge, on a going-forward basis and until cancellation of either the recurring payments or Customer's account, all accrued sums on or before the payment due date for the accrued sums.
