Subscription Credit means the following: Customer Must Request Service Credit. In order to receive any of the Subscription Credits described above, Customer must notify MHSPL within thirty days from the time Customer becomes eligible to receive a Subscription Credit. Failure to comply with this requirement will forfeit Maximum Subscription Credit. The aggregate maximum number of Subscription Credits to be issued by MHSPL to Customer for any and all Downtime Periods that occur in a single calendar month shall not exceed seven days of Subscription added to the end of Customer’s term for the Subscription. Subscription Credits may not be exchanged for, or converted to, monetary amounts. MHSPL SLA Exclusions. The MHSPL SLA does not apply to any services that expressly exclude this MHSPL. SLA (as stated in the documentation for such services) or any performance issues: (i) causedby factors described in the “Force Majeure” section of the Agreement; or (ii) that resulted from Customer’s equipment or third party equipment, or both (not within the primary control of MHSPL.). “A” – Time within which the mycloud will acknowledge the issue raised by the hotel and provide appropriate ticket number and contact details of the assigned engineer.

Examples of Subscription Credit in a sentence

  • The Monthly Subscription Charge and the offsetting Monthly Subscription Credit will appear as separate line items on the monthly FPL Account bills of participating Eligible Customers during every month of their respective Enrollments and will be subject to all applicable taxes and fees.

  • A Program participant may transfer Program participation to a new service address and will be deemed to have continuous, uninterrupted Enrollment for the purpose of determining the participant’s Monthly Subscription Credit.

  • If you made a Digital Purchase on December 20, 2024, but it didn’t post to your Account until January 2, 2025, the amount of any credit will be determined based on the amount, if any, of your available 2024 Digital Subscription Credit, not the amount of your available 2025 Digital Subscription Credit.

  • In the event the Subscription does not meet the SLA in any Eligible Credit Period, Customer will be eligible to receive a Subscription Credit equal to 10% of the fees for such Eligible Credit Period as described below.

  • If Subscriber terminates this Agreement after Enrollment and before the first billing month under the Program, Subscriber’s monthly FPL Account ▇▇▇▇ for the first billing month under the Program will nevertheless include the full amount of the Monthly Subscription Charge and the full amount of the Monthly Subscription Credit (as such terms are defined in Section 1 of Article II of this Agreement).

  • If you had already reached the maximum 2024 Digital Subscription Credit prior to your Digital Purchase on December 20, 2024, you would not receive any credit for this Digital Purchase.

  • For qualifying Low Income Residential customers, the Monthly Subscription Charge will not exceed the Monthly Subscription Credit.

  • Annual Availability Percentages Subscription Credit Percentages Less than 99.5% but equal to or greater than 98.5% 10% Less than 98.5% but equal to or greater than 94.0% 20% Less than 94% 80% Customer must submit a case via the Customer Web Portal 30 days prior to the end of their annual subscription requesting credit.

Related to Subscription Credit

  • Subscription Form means the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Subscription Plan means a fixed term plan which relates to the Licensed Services as specified in the PGi Service Agreement

  • Subscription means the capital stock of the Bank subscribed to by a member.

  • Subscription Limit means any applicable limit on the Issuer’s ability to fund newly issued ETP Securities pursuant to the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement or the LS Margin Account Agreement, as may be amended from time to time.
