Subscription Cost definition

Subscription Cost means, in relation to the exercise of an Option, the product of the number of Option Shares in respect of which the Option is exercised and the Subscription Price of such Option Shares;
Subscription Cost means, in relation to the exercise of Option(s), the product of the number of Options being exercised and the Subscription Price of such Options.
Subscription Cost means the overall monthly payment for Use of the Products in this Contract.
