If your Contractor is unable to install the System as described on Page 1 of this Agreement, you may cancel this Agreement at any time up until a year after the date of this Agreement provided that Omnidian has not performed any monitoring services under this Agreement and we will refund you the One-Time Activation Cost and Prepaid Subscription Cost identified on Page 1 of this Agreement, if already paid by you, within thirty (30) days of receiving actual notice, in writing, of your cancellation.

You further agree to (1) pay a Monthly Subscription Cost identified on Page 1 of this Agreement upon the expiration of the Prepaid Term, with payment due in advance on the first day of each month in which this Agreement continues in effect until cancelled or terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and (2) cover the costs of any Data Access Fees charged to Omnidian after expiration of the Prepaid Term pursuant to Section II.D of this Agreement.
