Subscription Content definition

Subscription Content means the application and solutions specified in the Ordering Document. Subscription Content does not include new products, features and modules that are separately marketed for an additional fee.
Subscription Content means the subscription content identified in the applicable Ordering Document.

  • If no Subscription Content Agreement is in place, then, unless otherwise authorized by Trimble in writing, such Subscription Content may only be used solely for Customer’s internal purposes during the applicable Utilization Term and only when accessed pursuant to a manual end user request.

  • Upon notice from Trimble and/or any termination or expiration of the Utilization Term, Customer will immediately cease using and delete/destroy all electronic and physical copies of Subscription Content.

  • If Customer has a separate agreement with Trimble or the applicable third party in place regarding the use of Subscription Content (“Subscription Content Agreement”), then such Subscription Content Agreement governs the use of Subscription Content accessed through the Product, but not the use of the Product itself, which will be governed by this Agreement.

  • Customer agrees that Blue Yonder owns and has the right to exploit and include in the Subscription Content, its products and other services, any suggestions, enhancement requests, feedback or recommendations provided by Customer, its employees, contractors and users to Blue Yonder without any obligation to Customer.

  • Such Letter of Credit shall be issued for a period of not less than one year, and shall contain an “evergreen” clause, which automatically extends the term for one year from its date of expiration or any future expiration date, unless 30 days (or 60 days where required by insurance regulatory authorities) prior to any expiration date the issuing bank shall notify the Company by certified or registered mail that the issuing bank elects not to consider the Letter of Credit extended for any additional period.

  • Upon notice from Trimble and/or any termination or expiration of the Term, Customer will immediately cease using and delete/destroy all electronic and physical copies of Subscription Content.

  • Subscription Policy: Student has received a license from PowerScore for use of the PowerScore LSAT Digital Test Interface and Analytics Subscription Content, and the PowerScore LSAT Digital Test Interface and Analytics Subscription Content have not been sold to Student.

  • Certain Subscription Content may include machine learning, which are taught and trained largely from Customer’s internal data sets.

Related to Subscription Content

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Subscription means the capital stock of the Bank subscribed to by a member.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Subscription Plan means a fixed term plan which relates to the Licensed Services as specified in the PGi Service Agreement
